Listen deeply
We make room for your story, your body’s signals and what matters most to you.

A conscious approach to care
Whole-person care for people seeking relief, understanding and a more connected relationship with their body.
Begin with you
You do not need to know the name of a modality. Tell us what you are experiencing, or what you would like to understand.
01Something hurts, feels restricted, or keeps returning.
02You want support with training, recovery, injury or performance.
03You are curious whether acupuncture has a place in your care.
04You want considered, individual care through change and development.
05You want space to understand yourself, not just manage a complaint.
Care across generations
Our clinic welcomes people across the lifespan, from newborns and growing families to centenarians.
Our philosophy
Care begins with attention: to your experience, your questions and the wider context in which your body is living.
We make room for your story, your body’s signals and what matters most to you.
We draw from hands-on care and complementary perspectives while keeping your needs and preferences central.
We explain what we are noticing so you can participate in decisions about your care with greater clarity.
Ways we work
Each approach offers a different kind of attention. A first conversation can help clarify what feels appropriate for you.

Body literacy
A symptom can be urgent, ordinary or complex. Sometimes it is more than one at once. How do we listen without jumping to a single explanation?
