Begin with you

What brings you here?

You do not need to know the name of a modality. Tell us what you are experiencing, or what you would like to understand.

Care across generations

Our clinic welcomes people across the lifespan, from newborns and growing families to centenarians.

Our philosophy

A conscious approach to care

Care begins with attention: to your experience, your questions and the wider context in which your body is living.

01

Listen deeply

We make room for your story, your body’s signals and what matters most to you.

02

Work integratively

We draw from hands-on care and complementary perspectives while keeping your needs and preferences central.

03

Help you understand

We explain what we are noticing so you can participate in decisions about your care with greater clarity.

Ways we work

More than one way into a conversation with the body.

Each approach offers a different kind of attention. A first conversation can help clarify what feels appropriate for you.
