Aura-Soma

A non-invasive colour-care consultation in which your choices become a starting point for reflection and dialogue.

The character of the work

A clear frame leaves room for a personal experience.

Aura-Soma uses colour, symbolism and conversation as a framework for personal enquiry. You begin by choosing from combinations of colour that draw your attention.

Those choices are explored through the language of the Aura-Soma system alongside your own associations, questions and experience. The aim is not to impose a meaning but to create a structured reflective space.

Some people arrive with a life theme or transition in mind; others begin only with curiosity. Neither requires a clinical complaint.

Inside an appointment

A beginning-to-end view.

This is an orientation rather than a script. The sequence and emphasis adapt to the person and the appointment.

  1. 01

Arrive with a question, or simply as you are

You can bring a theme, decision or transition, or begin simply by noticing which colours attract your attention.

  2. 02

    Choose

You select colour combinations from the equilibrium bottles without needing to justify or analyse the choices.

  3. 03

    Explore

The practitioner introduces relevant colour-care language and invites your own associations and responses.

  4. 04

    Discern

You decide what resonates, what raises a useful question and what you prefer to leave aside.

  5. 05

    Integrate

The consultation closes by gathering the themes that feel meaningful to you rather than declaring a fixed interpretation.

Care with context

What is important to know.

These boundaries help keep the appointment understandable, individual and appropriately scoped.

01

Reflective, not diagnostic

Aura-Soma does not diagnose physical or mental health conditions and is not presented as a medical treatment.

If a health concern emerges during the conversation, appropriate clinical or psychological support may be a more suitable place for that question.

02

Meaning is not imposed

The framework can offer prompts and symbolic language. Your own interpretation remains central, and you are free to disagree with or decline any line of enquiry.

03

No special belief is required

You can engage with the session as a reflective practice. Curiosity is enough; certainty about what colour “means” is not required.

Questions people bring

Ask before you assume.

Do I need to know anything about colour theory?

No. The consultation begins with your choices and responses. The practitioner supplies the colour-care framework as the conversation unfolds.

Will the bottles tell me what is wrong?

No. Aura-Soma is not used as a diagnostic test. Colour choices provide prompts for personal reflection rather than clinical conclusions.

Can I come without a specific issue?

Yes. Curiosity, a period of change or a wish to reflect can all provide enough of a starting point.

Is Aura-Soma healthcare?

It is offered here as a complementary reflective colour-care practice, not as medical or psychological treatment.
